Don’t Judge Police by Actions of Few – Force PRO Begs Nigerians

The Nigeria Police Force Public Relations Officer, Olumuyiwa Adejobi, has called on Nigerians to stop generalising the misconduct of a few erring officers as a reflection of the entire police force.

Adejobi made this appeal via his official X.com handle in response to growing criticism of police activities across the country.

According to him, while some officers may have acted unprofessionally, the majority are committed to their duties and capable of improvement through ongoing reforms.

“Don’t hate the police because of the actions of a few. Many officers are doing their best and can be better with support and constructive feedback,” Adejobi stated.

He also urged citizens to support the police reform agenda, noting that positive engagement with the force would help foster a more professional and accountable institution.
