A prominent medical doctor and indigene of Araromi-Obu in Odigbo Local Government Area of Ondo State, Dr. Abiona Oluwafemi Samuel, has extended heartfelt congratulations to the Orunja of Odigbo Kingdom, Oba (Dr.) Rufus Olugboyega Akinrinmade (FCPA, FCNA), on his 60th birthday.
In a message made available to newsmen, Dr. Abiona described the royal father as “a visionary leader, a beacon of royal wisdom, and a custodian of culture whose reign has brought peace, progress, and honour to Odigbo Kingdom.”
Dr. Abiona, who shares a longstanding relationship with the monarch dating back to their time at the LG Service Commission, commended Kabiyesi for his exemplary leadership. He praised the monarch’s initiatives in youth development and cultural diplomacy, which have projected Odigbo’s heritage globally.
He noted that Oba Akinrinmade’s reign has been marked by cultural revival, youth empowerment, and interfaith harmony, adding that his impact is felt not only in Odigbo but also across the state.
“Kabiyesi’s leadership has been inspiring. His humility, wisdom, and dedication to the welfare of his people are exemplary. His 60th birthday is a celebration of a life of service and legacy. I pray for his continued good health and a long, prosperous reign,” Dr. Abiona stated.
He also called on indigenes and residents of Odigbo, both at home and abroad, to continue supporting Kabiyesi’s vision for sustainable development and peace across the kingdom.
Dr. Abiona concluded with heartfelt prayers for the monarch, asking God to grant him abundant strength, wisdom, and divine protection as he continues to lead the people of Odigbo with dignity and foresight. He prayed that Kabiyesi’s reign would continue to usher in peace, unity, and prosperity for generations to come.
He further wished the monarch many more fruitful years ahead, filled with sound health, joy, and greater accomplishments.
