LAFIA — Professor Ibrahim Khalil Adam of the Department of Biochemistry, Faculty of Science at the Federal University of Lafia (FULafia), is set to present the university’s 30th inaugural lecture.
Scheduled for Wednesday, June 18, 2025, Prof. Adam will deliver a lecture titled “Leveraging Fermentanomics to Develop the Bioenergy Sector.”
The lecture will hold at 2:00 p.m. at the MIS Multipurpose Hall, Permanent Site Campus.
For those who cannot attend in person, the event will also be accessible via Google Meet at https://meet.google.com/wuq-zahr-mkn.

PROFESSOOR IBRAHIM KHALIL AdaI
Prof. Adam is a distinguished academic specializing in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology. He currently serves as a Professor in the Department of Biochemistry at FULafia.
His research interests include bioenergy, fermentation technology, and molecular biotechnology with numerous publications in reputable journals.
Prof. Adam holds a PhD in Molecular Biology and has over 15 years of teaching and research experience. He has contributed significantly to advancing bioenergy solutions through innovative fermentanomics approaches.
He is also a member of several professional bodies including the Nigerian Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
