Senator Oluremi Tinubu Condemns Abduction of Students, Mourns Vice Principal in Kebbi
Senator Oluremi Tinubu, CON, has expressed deep sorrow over the recent abduction of 25 students from the Government Girls Comprehensive Secondary School in Maga, Kebbi State, and the tragic killing of the school’s Vice Principal.
Describing the incident as a heartbreaking attack, Senator Tinubu said it targeted not only innocent students and dedicated educators but also the core values of safety and learning that schools are meant to uphold.
She noted that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has directed the nation’s security agencies to ensure the swift and safe return of the abducted girls and to bring the perpetrators to justice.
Senator Tinubu offered prayers for the families, friends, and schoolmates affected by the tragedy. She prayed for the safe rescue of the students and that Almighty God grants the soul of the late Vice Principal eternal rest in Aljannah Firdaus.
