Tinubu to Commission Landmark Projects in FCT as He Marks Two Years in Office – Wike

As President Bola Ahmed Tinubu marks his second year in office, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has disclosed plans for the massive commissioning of completed infrastructure projects across Abuja.

Wike made the announcement during a media chat earlier today with journalists in the FCT, noting that the projects align with the administration’s Renewed Hope Agenda and its commitment to infrastructural development.

“Mr. President is ready to commission several completed projects in the FCT. These are not promises—they are visible, impactful, and ready for use by residents,” the minister stated.

The projects slated for commissioning include major road networks, international event centre, a bus terminal, and others. According to Wike, these developments are evidence of the Tinubu administration’s drive to transform Abuja into a modern and inclusive capital city.

He further assured residents that more projects are underway and that the administration will not relent in delivering quality infrastructure and services.

The upcoming commissioning ceremony is expected to be one of the highlights of the President’s second-year anniversary, reinforcing his focus on governance, service delivery, and national development.
