The Edo State Football Association (Edo FA) has congratulated Rt. Hon. Philip Shaibu, former Deputy Governor of Edo State, on his recent appointment as Director General (DG) of the Nigeria Institute of Sports (NIS).
Shaibu’s appointment was announced by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, who nominated him to lead the NIS.
In a statement, the Executive Board members of Edo FA expressed their warm congratulations to Shaibu, describing the appointment as well-deserved and wishing him success in his new role.
