ONDO SHEO, KEHINDE OLOMIYE, LOSES MOTHER AT 84

The State Health Education Officer (SHEO) at the Ondo State Primary Health Care Development Agency, Mr. Kehinde Olomiye, has announced the death of his beloved mother, Mrs. Margaret Oluwabamise Olomiye, who died at the age of 84.

In a statement released on Thursday, May 22, 2026, by the family, the deceased passed on yesterday, leaving behind children, grandchildren, and other family members, including Mr. Kehinde Olomiye, a Director of Health Education and the Ondo State ex-President of the National Association of Nurses and Midwives of Nigeria (NANNM).

Until her death, Mrs. Olomiye was a retired Chief Nursing Officer in the Ondo State health sector, where she served with distinction and made notable contributions to healthcare delivery and community service.

She was widely respected for her professionalism, discipline, and commitment to patient care, and was also known as a devout Christian and a community figure resident in Ipele, Owo Local Government Area of Ondo State.

Funeral arrangements will be announced by the family in due course.
