
The Abiona Platform celebrated the retirement of the Permanent Secretary, Ondo State Ministry of Health, Dr. Ayodele Ojo Adiji, commending him for his years of dedicated service and contributions to the development of the health sector in Ondo State.

In a statement made available to journalists in Akure on Thursday, the Convener of Abiona Platform, Dr. Abiona Samuel Oluwafemi, described Dr. Adiji as a seasoned medical doctor and administrator whose career has been marked by dedication, professionalism and commitment to public service.
Dr. Abiona, who disclosed that he had worked under the tutelage of the retired Permanent Secretary, expressed appreciation to God for granting Dr. Adiji a successful and impactful career in the medical and public service.
He noted that his experience working under Dr. Adiji provided him with valuable professional guidance and exposure, describing the retired Permanent Secretary as an experienced medical doctor whose contributions had positively influenced the health sector in Ondo State.
According to him, Dr. Adiji’s retirement marks the completion of another important chapter in a career devoted to serving humanity and strengthening healthcare delivery in Ondo State.
Dr. Abiona said the Abiona Platform would continue to celebrate and recognise individuals whose professional contributions have positively influenced the lives of others and contributed to the development of the state.

He congratulated Dr. Adiji on his retirement and wished him good health, fulfilment and many more years of impactful service to humanity.
He also expressed confidence that the knowledge, experience and professional legacy accumulated by Dr. Adiji over the years would continue to inspire younger health professionals and public servants.
