The Edo State Government has demolished a property located on College Road, Aduwawa, Benin City, identified as a stronghold of a notorious kidnapping gang.
The property belonged to a woman whose younger brother, Osamede Asemota, is reportedly a key leader of the gang, according to security sources. The demolition is part of ongoing efforts by the state to curb kidnapping and criminal activities within the region.
