The Minister of Power, Joseph Tegbe, has inaugurated the newly constituted Governing Board of the Rural Electrification Agency, urging members to provide people-centred leadership and implement programmes that will improve access to electricity across the country.
Speaking at the inauguration, Tegbe charged the board to remain committed to the agency’s mandate and ensure that its initiatives translate into meaningful benefits for Nigerians.
The new board is chaired by former Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, who pledged that the members would work collectively to advance the objectives of the Rural Electrification Agency.
