The Chief Executive Officer/Founder of Royal-Goldwin Soccer Academy, Mr. Johnson B. Perez, has expressed gratitude to God as he marked his 40th birthday, describing his life journey as a testament to divine grace, mercy, and favour.

In a post on his Facebook page, Perez reflected on his humble beginnings and the role faith has played in shaping his accomplishments.

According to him, God transformed him from “a boy from nowhere” into an instrument for impacting lives through sports ministry across nations.

The sports development advocate said his achievements in various leadership positions were made possible by God’s guidance.

Perez currently serves as the CEO and Lead Technical Director of Royal-Goldwin Soccer Academy, Chairman of Ondo State Mini Football, author of Sports Digest, and a member of the Technical Committee of the Ondo State Football Association (ODSFA).

He cited God’s mercy, grace, and timely intervention as the foundation of his success, citing Hebrews 4:16.

Coach Johnson also appreciated his wife, Mrs. Wumi Johnson, their children, and his spiritual sons and daughters across the world for their support.

While celebrating the milestone, he noted that turning 40 marks the beginning of a greater phase of purpose and impact, reaffirming his commitment to using sports as a platform for transforming lives.

He concluded by giving all glory to God for the achievements recorded over the past four decades.
